Our Story

At Kimchi Lab, we blend authentic Korean flavors with a modern London vibe, crafting dishes that tell a story.
A tabletop filled with various dishes including grilled meat cooking on a hot plate, fresh lettuce, noodles, and assorted side dishes like pickled vegetables and sauces. The setting has a casual dining atmosphere with plates and utensils scattered around.
